My promise to you is a unique, challenging, enjoyable and effective fitness training experience, with no training session ever being the same. You will be pushed but encouraged, you will be set targets - you will meet them, you will feel fitter, focused and energised. This time is for you, to achieve your goals, reach your desired fitness levels and I will work with you to get you there.
My focus is to make sure that every session is as fully effective as it can be so that your time is used wisely. To do this we'll need to work out what your goals are, whether it be:
- losing weight
- increasing your fitness levels
- building your core and strength training
- toning and flexibility
- improving sports performance
- improved body definition
- generally improving your health
From this I create a training plan that gets you on your way
to achieving your ultimate fitness goal/s.
I will use a tried and tested variation of techniques and
training methods in every session, which include:
interval, dynamic, core stability, strength and HIIT and every
session will truly challenge your body, build up your fitness
levels and allow you to achieve effective results, quickly.
I will also use a technique that I created called "Compact
Training" which involves executing three exercises simultaneously whilst always
engaging core stability muscles.
Use of equipment such as TRX, BOSU, ViPRs, medicine balls and stability balls will help to accelerate your results and means that we can achieve so much more during a session, in any environment. Alongside your PT sessions I will be on-hand to advise you on training in between sessions, and offer lifestyle and nutrition advice so that you are truly getting the most from your training.
